All hair has to be shipped in, regardless if you're local or non-local ( For custom units & revamps only )

MUST PROVIDE HEAD MEASUREMENTS - **Failure in providing accurate sizing is not our responsibility and there will be NO exchange or refund **

Orders are processed in the order they are received(Processing time 7 -14 business days for custom orders and 7-10 for wig revamps)

Order will be canceled if the hair is NOT received within the given time frame and your hair will be shipped back. You will only receive 50% of your payment back
